Huhne congratulates Eastleigh's new police chief

Eastleigh MP Chris Huhne met the new commander for West Hampshire - covering Eastleigh, Hedge End, Netley and Chandler's Ford - to discuss local issues including anti-social behaviour and other policing priorities.

Mr Huhne congratulated Chief Superintendent Richard Rowland, who has been promoted from being deputy in charge of Portsmouth, on his new role in charge of the most geographically extensive command unit in Hampshire.
